57 people to share the love of
Jesus with the orphans served by
Glory Outreach Assembly and the
Kenya Project and to install three
water filtration systems in area villages.

Nigeria/Lagos
Come experience the joy of worship in Africa as we encourage and help train the leaders of the Lord’s kingdom-work in Nigeria.  Our church is currently supporting 23 full-time students at West Africa Theological Seminary.  We will be scheduling one mission trip each summer (this year from Aug 14-23) to visit and encourage these students before we travel on to train UMC pastors in another region of Nigeria.  Pastor Steve and Pastor Bryce will take turns leading this trip (with Pastor Bryce leading this year’s trip) to support the rapidly growing church in Nigeria.

Beth Rocker

Please pray for Beth Rocker—who was raised in our church—as she ministers to young women through Campus Outreach Johannesburg in South Africa. 

During Beth’s years at Presbyterian College in South Carolina, God moved her heart for 2 things:  cross-cultural ministry and ministry among university students.  After her senior year, she came to South Africa to work with Campus Outreach Johannesburg for 2 months and she knew that’s where she wanted to be. 

Please pray for her as she brings the Gospel to university students, help to establish them in their walks with Jesus, equips them to tell others about Him, and exports them into the world to be and make disciples of Christ for the rest of their lives.  Campus Outreach does this through discipleship and evangelism in the residence halls on university campuses in South Africa.  If you would like to know more about Beth’s ministry, please click www.bethrocker.com.
