Family LIFE at Mount PisgahDear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ,
God is so good! His grace and provision is beyond measure—breathe of life, strength of step, and hope that endures in the brightest of days and even in the darkest of night. He provides our foundation of family—God the Father and we, His children. The word family takes on many different forms these days. One sure thing to know is that the Mount Pisgah Church family is an amazing grace-filled family, and a blessing to be a part of. We share life together, growing as disciples and becoming, as an entire church family, a vital part of the body of Christ reaching a local and world-wide community for the Lord.
In joining this unique family and developing a personal relationship with the Lord, we become more aware of His great love for us, His grace and His provision. We look at ourselves and long to be not only a member, but an active participant in His family. The bar is set high, but the Lord prods us to take risks, to stretch, strain, and to grow ever closer to becoming a better reflection of His image. His first Disciples were pushed many times beyond comfort, being molded ever closer into what the Lord created them to be. He grafted them eternally into His Kingdom—His family. And so here we are….called to be disciples and, to also go and make disciples. “Follow me and grow my family” the Lord says.
This charge is for all of us. Family Life Ministry is here to help you and your families grow as disciples of Jesus Christ by helping you have a personal relationship with Jesus, find an accountability group, serve others to build God’s Kingdom, demonstrate stewardship in your life, and learn to share the gospel through your story.
