We know from Scripture how precious children are to Jesus. He warned in Matthew 18:6 “… if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. “

God has truly burdened my heart regarding issues concerning blameless children, particularly the sexual exploitation of children for profit. What can we, as the Church of Jesus Christ, do to combat this evil and protect children? We have been reaching children with God’s love through our Kid’s Clubs and other events at apartment communities. Now we want to reach these same children by partnering with neighboring schools in programs that serve at-risk children. Mount Pisgah is also partnering with Street GRACE, an alliance of churches resolved to combat the commercial exploitation of children.
